Elstonville Sportsmen's Association contributes to the following:
- The Annual Rubber Duckie Race - Helps the Schreiber Pediatric Rehab Center to provide therapy, educational and recreational programs for over 4,000 children with disabilities right here in Lancaster County
- Down Syndrome Support Group
- Friends of the Family Golf Classic - All these proceeds benefit Family Service Programs that serve children in Lancaster County
- Friends of Manheim Wrestling
- Children's Miracle Network - These funds support a wide variety of vital pediatric programs, services, equipment and research
- Center For American Homeless Veterans
- Hospice Of Lancaster County
- Unified Sportsmen of Pennsylvania
